1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You received the wrong product
- Your product arrived damaged or defective
- The product you received is different from what was shown or described

- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- You must provide pictures or video as proof

- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Products purchased on special sale, discount, or clearance

- 1–2 working days for store credit
