1. Shipping Areas
We currently deliver to:
- All major cities in Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, and more
- Nationwide coverage via trusted courier services
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Methods & Courier Partners
We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery:
- TCS
Your order will be shipped using the courier selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take an additional 1–2 business days
- During special promotions or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Within Lahore: 1–2 business days
- Other major cities: 2–4 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
5. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000
- Orders below PKR 5,000 are charged PKR 300 shipping fee
- Minimum order value: PKR 1,000
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
6. Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched
- Track your order via our Order Tracking Page
- Your invoice will also be sent via WhatsApp for easy reference
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit:
- Contact us immediately with proof of damage or loss
- We will coordinate with the courier for replacement or refund
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

- Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or inaccessible locations
